Knit  & Cruise
Watch for our start date...
Fee:  $15.00 per person
Skill Level:  N/A
Limit: 8 per boat

Treat yourself to a relaxing two hours of “knitting” on the water.
You'll cruise the bay in an electric Bay Boat. We'll provide the captain
– you bring your knitting or crocheting project (and lunch if you wish).

Gather your friends for a peaceful time to “create” and enjoy being out on the water. No instruction, just fun!

Limit 8 people per cruise. You must sign up by 4 p.m. the Sunday before; you may reserve your spot for as many dates as you wish.

Wednesdays 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM (weather permitting)

Join fellow knitters and crocheters at Dodger Stadium for the Third Annual Stitch N’ Pitch night.  Bus Transportation available.  Call now to sign up and for more information!

Ticket Cost: $16.00 each
(you'll receive a LA Dodgers Stitch N' Pitch baseball hat).

$1.00 from each ticket sold will be donated to the Needle Arts Mentoring Program.
We will have a bus leaving the shop parking lot at 5:00 p.m.
$20.00 gets you up and back.
Bus is optional - but great fun!

LA Dodgers Stitch N’ Pitch Contest for
Knitters & Crocheters

Knit or crochet any item of your choosing that
incorporates at least one of the following:

~ LA Dodger Colors (blue & white) ~
~ Dodger Logo or 50th Anniversary logo

~ Baseball themed ~

Submit your item( or items) to us at Alamitos Bay Yarn Company by noon on  Wednesday, May 21. We will select one item from those submitted to be on display and judged before the Stitch N’ Pitch Dodger game on Monday, June 2.

Submissions from each shop will be judged by a Dodger representative and awards will be presented before the game.

Any original pattern that is awarded a prize the night of the game will be published on the Stitch N’ Pitch website and included in the Stitch N’ Pitch newsletter that goes to more than 3,000 fans.

The winning submission from our shop will be
awarded a $100 gift certificate!

MEN’S KNITTING NIGHT

We now have Men’s Knitting night in the Annex every other Friday evening, from 7-10 p.m.
