How to Tunisian Crochet

In this class you will learn the basics of Tunisian Crochet. You will also learn how to make your first project, a fashionable tote bag!
This is a 3 part class, each class is 2 hours long. Please try to attend all three classes for best results.

Pattern: Purchase 'The Tunisian Crochet Handbook' available at Alamitos Bay Yarn Company.
Yarn:  330 yds of chunky yarn, lighter, solid color is suggested for ease of learning. Model done with 3 skeins of Lanas Quick
Needles: Size N (10mm) hook and 24" cable
Notions: Tapestry needle and locking stitch markers (removable).

Prerequisites: None

Homework: Before the day of first class: Have your yarn purchased from Alamitos Bay Yarn Company and supplies, yarn wound, if needed.
Purchase the book and bring to class.

Note: Class and workshop fees can be credited to your account or transferable up to two weeks before the start of the class. We cannot credit accounts or transfer after that.

As an avid knitter/crocheter as well as foreign language instructor and professional organizer, Rose has taught many classes and workshops. through her knitting and crochet classes, she hopes to continue to spread her enthusiasm for these amazing needle crafts.
