Crochet Along Blanket!

Come crochet a blanket with us!

This is a three session assisted CAL (Crochet Along)
March 28th 5:30-7:30pm
April 11th 5:30-7:30pm
April 25th 5:30-7:30pm

Choose between the following blankets:

Standard Crochet Blanket - Camellia Blanket by Nicki Trench in Easy Crochet for Beginners.

Tunisian Crochet Blanket - Motley Blanket by Toni Lipsey in The Tunisian Crochet Handbook.

Both books are available for purchase at Alamitos Bay Yarn Company.

Yarn for the CAL must be purchased at Alamitos Bay Yarn Company and yarn in skeins must be wound before the first day of the CAL.

Materials:
Hook sizes and required yardage for each pattern are listed in the books.

Recommended yarns for either pattern:
Pima 100 by Berroco
Remix by Berroco
Creative Linen by Rowan
Rios by Malabrigo
Alegria Grande by Manos del Uruguay

Please Note: If necessary, class and workshop fees can be transferred to another class or credited to your account up to two weeks before the start of the CAL.

Skill Level:	Beginner
Skill Details:	Both patterns are fairly simple, but attendees must be able to crochet independently.
Instructor:	Amanda Wieland
Instructor Bio:	Amanda has been creating with fiber for over twenty years. She became a self-taught crocheter in 2003 and picked up the love of weaving and knitting over the last several years through classes at Alamitos Bay Yarn Company. Amanda has taught rigid heddle weaving since 2019.
