SD452: Socks 101 - Toe Up or Top Down



Toe up or top down socks will show you the basic sock structure created from your chosen technique. This is a 3 part class, please plan on attending all 3 classes.
Prerequisite: Must be able to knit using your chosen technique, either Magic Loop or double pointed knitting needles. 

Note: Class and workshop fees can be credited to your account or transferable up to two weeks before the start of the class. We cannot credit accounts or transfer after that window.

Class size is limited.

Materials: 250 yds of worsted weight yarn, #5 - 40" circular needle or one set of size 5 DPNs, removable marker, stitch marker, tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

Homework: Have your supplies and Alamitos Bay yarn purchased and wound before the day of class.

Requirements:
Must be able to knit using the Magic Loop Method, or double pointed knitting needles. How to cast on, bind off, knit and purl in the same row and read a knitting pattern without assistance.
