AW24: Geo Pot Holders

Tunisian simple stitch has never been so much fun. Learn how to cross stitch your choice of image on a potholder. Make it for yourself or give it as a gift.

This is a 2 part class, each session is 1.5 hours long. Please try to attend both sessions for best results.

Materials and Equipment:
Pattern: Purchase The Tunisian Crochet Handbook by Toni Lipsey.
Yarn: Two colors of a worsted weight 100% cotton yarn (1 skein of each color). Model is made with Queensland Costal Cotton, but Pima 100 by Berroco is another great choice. 95 yards of the main color and 20 yards of the accent are needed.
Hook: US I/9 (5.5mm) Tunisian crochet hook with 8-inch cord.
Notions: Tapestry needle

Prerequisites: Basic crochet skills are recommended, but this is a great first Tunisian crochet project.
